Mr. Casas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in administration of third party claims programs, marketing, project management, customer service and sales support, plus unique experience implementing joint ventures.  Under his leadership, JT2 has become a nationally recognized leader in the TPA industry as the largest Hispanic-owned TPA in the nation and being ranked Number 8 in the State of California by the California Department of Industrial Relations in its review of TPA firms.  Mr. Casas’ leadership skills and executive management style have led the company to be ranked Number 1 overall in its management of large municipalities in a comparison study by an independent auditor reviewing TPA management of large, comparable municipalities.   Mr. Casas previously served as a corporate executive prior to creating JT2. 

In addition to his professional experience managing the company, Mr. Casas is a proud community servant.  He has served on various boards and community organizations including, but not limited to, the Board of Directors of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce for fifteen years and on community advisory councils for Merrill Lynch and Pacific Gas and Electric. He is a mayoral appointee to the City of Oakland’s Workforce Investment Board and is the sole Third Party Administrator appointed to reform task forces established by Insurance Commissioners Dave Jones and John Garamendi. 

Mr. Casas is a first generation college graduate and former Division 1 baseball athlete. He is a proud husband, father, and grandfather.
