Ms. Angeles brings 30 years of experience in California workers’ compensation claims administration and management to JT2.   She is a seasoned professional with experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims.  In her various capacities in the industry, she has overseen TPA operations, performed administrative functions, managed return to work programs, conducted training sessions and overseen all aspects of a claim.  In each instance, JT2’s claims handling philosophy is to keep the employee’s health a priority with the unique focus of bringing the employee back to work as appropriate.  Through Ms. Angeles’ leadership, the employer is kept advised of all aspects of claims management and is an important part of the “team” in managing employee workers’ compensation claims. 

 

Ms. Angeles has instructed professionals through the Insurance Education Association in workers’ compensation topics since 1994.
