Mr. Casas brings 17 years of corporate IT support and management experience to JT2. A seasoned corporate professional, J.T. leads the administrative operations team and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations in support of the administration of workers’ compensation claims. 

 

J.T. has led the development of custom IT systems to integrate the company’s bill review, utilization review, and claims management systems to be performed on one single platform.  J.T. oversees the company’s responsive reporting to its clients which are tailored to meet client specific needs.  J.T.’s leadership and his expertise in IT matters complement the company’s philosophy to provide fully customized and innovative solutions that integrate claims administration with risk control solutions. 

 

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, J.T. has helped lead JT2 to be recognized as Number eight in the State of California by the California Department of Industrial Relations in its review of TPA firms, and achieving audit scores ranking JT2 as Number 1 in managing large municipalities by an independent auditor comparing administration of large cities in the State of California.
